Dear Madam/Sir:

We are students of Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (Thiruvananthapuram) and are taking part in TechTatva, a hackathon organised by Manipal Institue of Technology. We are working on the problem that asks the usage of software to make education more accessible to everyone. 

Our proposal is to use an app which guides parents to do activities with their children (aged 0-5 years) to boost their cognitive abilities. Good pre-primary schools are not only expensive but also inaccessible at times due to geographical limitations. Children not going to expensive schools may not benefit from the participating in activities that are necessary for the development of their mental and motor skills. A lot of schools do teach children in the class using an orthodox classroom but fail to engage children in the activities which are extremely important as well.

Our objective is to make such activities accessible to everyone. However, we do not have the subject expertise regarding the appropriate activities mentioned and were hoping to use your organisation's expertise in designing the required activities. We will be handling all the technical side of things.


We would need your input on designing the activities which we can convert to animations. We would also like it if there are volunteers willing to make the required videos. We also plan on giving audio instructions in vernacular languages to give the initiative a better reach in society. We look forward to your reply.
