Photo Gallery - Bhule Nahee Ham…

On Hiroshima Day in 2016, that is, on August 6, 2016, Eklavya, Bhopal-based the Remember Bhopal Museum and New-Delhi based The Japan Foundation jointly organised the event 'Bhule Nahee Ham...' in Swaraj Bhawan, Bhopal. On the one hand this occasion was for reflecting on the horrifying man-made disasters that happened in Hiroshima on August 6, 1945 and in Bhopal on December 2 and 3, 1984. On the other hand, the Hindi poem-collection Main Dhoondh Raha Hoon- translation of the original Japanese book, Sagashite imasu (2012), on some of the objects preserved in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum - which was developed in collaboration between Eklavya and The Japan Foundation, was also unveiled. Among the main guests present that evening were Tomoko Kikuchi, translator of the book from Japanese to Hindi; Kaoru Miyamoto, Director General of The Japan Foundation; and the famous poet Rajesh Joshi.
