Photo Gallery - Beyond Boundaries
American poet Arthur Binard, who has been living in Japan for more than two decades, visited Bhopal in April 26 and 27, 2017, while in a trip to India organised by The Japan Foundation, New Delhi. In 2016 Eklavya published a Hindi version of Binard’s poem-collection in Japanese – Sagashiteimasu – titled as Main Dhoondh Raha Hoon in the translation done by Tomoko Kikuchi. In an event jointly organised by The Japan Foundation, Eklavya and Alliance Française de Bhopal on April 26, Arthur Binard inaugurated a photo-exhibition featuring Main Dhoondh Raha Hoon in the premises of Alliance Française de Bhopal. Later that evening he took part in a conversation with Hindi poet Kumar Ambuj in the event ‘Beyond Boundaries… a dialogue between two poets’, sharing their thoughts on various aspects of poetry, of our society, and on life itself.
